We offer a 30-Day Risk-Free Satisfaction Guarantee on all products. If you’re not completely happy with your order, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of your purchase.

Eligibility:
- Our return policy is applicable to all products sold on findslumber.com
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under our 30-Day Guarantee. Requests made outside this window cannot be processed.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
- Non-Resellable Items: Opened or used items (such as mouth tape or sleep masks) cannot be returned unless damaged or defective upon delivery due to hygienic health and safety concerns.
- Your first 30-day pouch: If your first 30-day pouch is opened and unsatisfactory, it does not need to be returned to qualify for a refund. Any additional pouches must remain unopened and unused to be eligible for a return.

Refund / Return Process:
- To initiate a return, contact us at hello@findslumber.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will provide a return authorization (RA #) if required and detailed instructions on the next steps.
- If your order is eligible for a return or exchange, you will be provided with a pre-paid return label for your convenience.
- Please ensure that the item(s) are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit as this may result in a refusal of your refund or additional costs.

- Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), a refund (less applicable shipping charges) will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please note: Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.
