Shipping Policy
At Slumber, we strive to ensure a seamless delivery experience so you can start achieving your best sleep as quickly as possible.
All orders ship from our one of our US or Canadian fulfillment locations, for the fastest turnaround possible on domestic shipments.
- You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
- Tracking #s may take up to 48 hours to update in the carriers system.
- FREE Shipping applies to orders $75+ for USA & Canada.
- Standard rates apply to orders $74 and under, as well as international.
- Express shipping rates available at checkout.
- Weekend delivery not currently available.
Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

- Standard Shipping: $5 USD (Free on orders over $75 USD)
- Delivery Time: 2-5 business days
- Express Shipping: Rates calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary based on location.

- Standard Shipping: $5 CAD (Free on orders over $75 CAD)
- Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: Rates calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary based on location.
- International

- We ship worldwide, rates will be calculated at checkout.
- FREE Shipping promotions are not eligible for international orders.
- Please allow between 5-20 days for your order to reach you, depending on the destination country and carrier selection. Average transit time is within 10 days.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- For Canadian orders, all taxes are calculated at checkout. Canadian orders ship domestically from within Canada and are not subject to any duties, brokerages or customs.
- For US orders, all taxes are calculated at checkout. US orders ship domestically from within the USA and are not subject to any duties, brokerages or customs.
- Slumber is not responsible for any delays caused by customs or additional fees applied to international orders (if applicable).
Shipping Insurance
- We offer optional shipping insurance at checkout starting at just $1.95 per order.
- This protects your shipment from loss, theft, or damage in transit.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
- If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact us at hello@findslumber.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
- For insured shipments, we’ll work quickly to provide a replacement or issue a refund after validating the claim.
Address Changes
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Slumber is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If you realize there’s an error, contact us at hello@findslumber.com immediately. While we can’t guarantee changes after processing, we’ll do our best to assist.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.
Remote Locations

Remote or hard-to-reach locations (as defined by our carriers) may incur additional shipping charges or longer delivery times.
If your order is affected, we’ll contact you before shipping to confirm any adjustments or offer alternative options such as a bundle upgrade or partial refund. We do our best to absorb these costs whenever possible and will always be transparent before charging anything extra.
